Relax after the workday at the WC3. Come for a gentle yoga class with restorative poses, stretching, pranayama (breath work), and meditation. A chance to go inward and connect with one’s true essence. Please bring your yoga mat, yoga blocks, straps, and blankets, if you have them, and wear comfortable clothes! Free Event!
